Together we create safety at Copenhagen Comics <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Copenhagen Comics should be a safe, welcoming and inclusive festival for everyone. These guidelines apply to all participants, cosplayers, artists, stand holders and volunteers.<\/p>\n

This is how we behave at the festival:<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Show respect for others<\/li>\n
  • Listen and stop if someone speaks up<\/li>\n
  • Respect diversity and personal boundaries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    We do not accept harassing behavior:<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Unwanted physical contact<\/li>\n
    • Unwanted sexual comments or advances<\/li>\n
    • Condescending, offensive or intimidating comments<\/li>\n
    • Stalking or threatening behavior<\/li>\n
    • Portrait photography or video recordings without consent<\/li>\n
    • Wearing costumes or symbolism from hate groups, authoritarian regimes and\/or racist movements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The above behavior can lead to expulsion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

      If you experience something unpleasant:<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • Contact a volunteer or guard immediately<\/li>\n
      • All volunteers and guards are trained to help<\/li>\n
      • You don’t have to go it alone: Together we create safety at Copenhagen Comics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Cosplay is not consent<\/h2>\n
          \n
        • Always ask permission before photo or video<\/li>\n
        • Don’t share pictures\/video of anyone without that person’s permission<\/li>\n
        • Always ask permission before touching a cosplayer’s costume<\/li>\n
        • Respect a no!<\/li>\n
        • We do not tolerate the vilification and ridicule of cosplayers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
