{"id":19865,"date":"2024-04-05T21:15:34","date_gmt":"2024-04-05T19:15:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ug-cphcomics.ddev.site\/danish-national-drawing-championship-visits-copenhagen-comics-2024\/"},"modified":"2024-04-06T15:45:32","modified_gmt":"2024-04-06T13:45:32","slug":"danish-national-drawing-championship-visits-copenhagen-comics-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/copenhagencomics.dk\/en\/danish-national-drawing-championship-visits-copenhagen-comics-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Danish National Drawing Championship visits Copenhagen Comics 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>DM i Tegning is by far the largest live drawing competition for children and young people aged 9-17 years.<br\/>The competition takes place in Silkeborg and will next be held on October 12, 2024.<br\/>Danish National Drawing Championship is a major national event that also kicks off a major visual arts effort in Silkeborg called <em>Alle Tegner (Everyone Draws<\/em>), run by the cultural school Den Kreative Skole in Silkeborg in collaboration with Museum Jorn and Kunstcenteret Silkeborg Bad. <\/p>\n\n<p>Participants in the drawing championship have pre-qualified for the championship by solving and submitting a homework assignment. They compete in front of a live audience in various disciplines while their drawings are continuously projected on a big screen. This way, show-off is combined with drawing skills and imagination. A host comments on the competitions and engages the audience, while a panel of judges consisting of some of the country's leading creative names judge the contestants.<\/p>\n\n<p>Come by our Children
