The association’s goal is to make the festival a recurring event with the aim of making the comic book medium more visible to the Danish population and to strengthen the creative environment in the Danish comic book industry.
The association consists of a board of directors and a large number of volunteers who work in different groups on different parts of the festival.
All members of Copenhagen Comics work voluntarily and unpaid.
