As an exhibitor, you are an important partner in creating the weekend that our more than five thousand guests love: comic fans, cosplayers, manga enthusiasts, families with children and all those who are looking for new releases, want to support the artists and have unique experiences.

That’s what you get as an exhibitor:

  • Direct contact with a large, engaged audience.
    In 2025 we had 5500 visitors.
  • Clear theme areas and targeted audience flow
  • Online exhibitor profile (optional for smaller publishers)
    Here you can present your products, program and guests.
  • Possibility of a 10% discount for program contributions
    E.g. a panel, workshop, live drawing, international artist etc.
  • Exposure in the festival program if you’re doing activities or bringing an artist.

What theme areas are there?

The festival will be divided into areas to make it easier for the audience to find you – and so that stands with related products support each other and create a stronger flow.
When you book your stand, you want to specify which area you would like to be placed in.

What type of stand can we book?
  • Artist AlleyOne table, two chairs and entrance for two people. For cartoonists and artists.
    Whether you’re brand new or experienced, this is the stand for you.
  • Business table: One table, two chairs and entrance for two people.
    For you who sell for resale.
  • Flea market table: One table, one chair and entrance for one person.
    For the sale of used comic books.
  • Small stand: 3×3 m area, available with and without side walls.
  • Great condition: 6×3 m area, available with and without side walls.
  • Special condition: To be agreed with floor manager.

Prices vary depending on whether you sign up as a private or business user.

How can we get a discount?

You can get a 10% discount if you contribute an approved program item or bring a guest in collaboration with the festival.

Approved program items can be:

  • Workshop
  • Panel
  • Drawing battle
  • Live drawing
  • That publishers bring international artists (the festival covers accommodation)

What do you get in practice?

  • Physical stand for presentation, sales, activities and signings
  • Online exhibitor profile with products, links, program and guests
  • Visibility in the the festival programif you do your own activities or have an artist with you
  • Shareable profile page that can be used in your marketing leading up to the festival
