Meet the ping award winner who is current with sharp and humorous strips about “the modern man”
Thomas Bugge won the Ping Award for best Danish web comic in 2023. The same year saw the release of “Fars Kamp”, a hilarious and highly topical comic that collects Bugge’s best strips about life as a new father. Thomas Bugge reflects on modern fatherhood and serves up funny and sharp points about the man who feels elevated above the father ideals of previous generations, but is still terribly unaware of his child’s shoe size and vaccination program
Bugge’s drawings are simple with a quirky and naive line, often serving up sharp satire and absurd comedy that leaves you wanting more and more.
