Simon blogs on Instagram and the comic book site Nummer9.dk, where he mercilessly rips apart various comic book festivals he has visited over the years. In 2023, the fantastic Simon på Festival was released.

2021 saw the release of his ambitious solo work, the 112-page graphic novel, “Punk Life Crisis”, about a man’s mid-life crisis set against the backdrop of the alternative music scene. As in his previous works, Simon Petersen uses himself and his own life experiences as the main character and fuel for the story.

Simon Petersen has also published comics in the US with Pronto Comics, including “Hackers of Fate”, “I was a Hippie Cartoonist”, “Coming to America” and “Don’t Laugh”.

In Denmark, he is among others known for his collaborations with Cav Bøgelund (Necropolis, 2003), Ina Korneliussen (Donut & Planke, 2005) and Thierry Cappezone (På sporet af Kim, 2015).
