Registration for Copenhagen Comics' cosplay activities is now open - both for those who want to compete on craftsmanship and detail, and those who want to show off their cosplay in front of an audience, without judging.
Cosplay Craftsmanship Competition - a celebration of craftsmanship!
Experience Copenhagen Comics' big Cosplay Craftsmanship competition, where talented cosplayers showcase their impressive work. Afterwards, the winners will be announced and prizes awarded.
The competition is Saturday at 15:00 at Word Baloon.
Pre-judging takes place at 13.30 in our Cosplay Lounge.
Here the participants are assessed by the judges.
The Craftsmanship competition is for those who have made their own cosplay. Original characters are also welcome, so whether you're a beginner or experienced, the competition is open to you.
The categories are:
- Best Craft - The best overall cosplay
- Best prop - The best looking weapon, shield, bag, staff or similar.
- Best Makeup - The sharpest makeup.
- Best Character Look-alike -for the most convincing character rendering
- Best Wig Styling - for the sharpest wig and hair styling
- Judge Favorites - one cosplayer nominated by each judge

Cosplay Catwalk - show off as your favorite character
Copenhagen Comics invites you to the cosplay catwalk. There will be a wealth of great costumes and characters from all kinds of comic books, manga, anime, cartoons, movies, video games and all the other many fantastic universes.

Anyone can join in, you just need to be ready to go on stage and show off your cosplay.
It is possible to participate as a group, maximum of 4 on stage at a time.
