We are super happy to have you as exhibitors at Copenhagen Comics 2026.
In this newsletter you can read about:
– access to your exhibitor page
– ordering extras for your stand
– this year’s poster
We need your help to ensure that all comic and zine creators are properly presented on the poster and website. Therefore, we have created a guest presentation form that we hope you will help us fill out. Thank you in advance!

Access to the exhibitor page
Get visible before the festival opens.
All exhibitors get access to create an exhibitor page.
There are differences in which functions the different stand types have access to.
Business tables, small, large and special stands get access to the large exhibitor guide. Here you can create activities and products.
To make the program work best for everyone, we ask you to:
– keep your program items short and to the point
– start events after 10:30 am
– consider other exhibitors’ activities
A well-functioning program benefits us all.
Exhibitors in Artist Alley, Community Corner and Back Issue Alley can purchase access to the large exhibitor guide – contact us if this is relevant for you.
Over the next two weeks, we’ll be sending out codes to new exhibitors and reopening for those of you who already have a page from previous festivals.
Order extra for the booth
You can purchase extra furniture for your stand through Bigum. You can do this via their website here.
Our poster
The purpose of the poster is first and foremost to raise awareness of the festival. Both in the streets and digitally.
It’s also a way to draw attention to all the amazing cartoonists who are an important part of the culture and industry here in Denmark and around the world.
As you know, Copenhagen Comics is 100% run by volunteers. A few years ago, we changed the structure to spread the work over more hands. Today, we are about 30 volunteers divided into different working groups. This has made many things much easier, as we have more hands and better sparring. It has also meant new challenges, such as communication internally between us volunteers – and externally between us and you, the cartoonists, publishers and shops that are co-creators of the festival.
Some cartoonists have therefore experienced not being on the printed poster because a message has been lost or a deadline has slipped. This is super annoying, and we want to avoid that!
You are all an important part of the comic community and of creating Denmark’s largest comic festival together.
This year’s poster will be different
Our poster this year is illustrated by cartoonist Petra Hauthorn Svennevig, who graduated from The Animation Workshop in Viborg in 2023. The poster is based on the theme “Hope”.
There will be three types of posters used to draw attention to the festival:
The festival poster – in two versions, one physical and one digital. And then a ‘name poster’, focusing on the artists/guests.
This year’s festival poster will be printed and hung up to promote the festival.
You will be able to find it in the streets of Copenhagen, at your local library, comic shops and the like. On the poster there will be a QR code that refers to an overview of all our guests/artists, which will be updated regularly.
We’ll also create a digital version of the poster where all guests/artists who have signed up before the deadline will be included.
The third edition of the poster will be a “name poster”, inspired by the big music festivals. It will primarily be released digitally, but can also be printed.
Again, it is important that our communication group is notified before the deadline. (See the overview for dates)
We would love to have you all join us!
