Become part of the volunteer community

There are many different tasks, and we always try to accommodate interests, experience and specific requests. Before and during the festival, there will be a detailed guide to all tasks.\n\nWrite to [email protected] if you have questions.\n\nSetup before the festival\nHelp set up furniture, decorations and signs.\nPrepare workshop and volunteer areas.\nSet up bins, tables and chairs.\nAd hoc\nHelp wherever needed – no heavy lifting.\n\nTicket sales\nYou check and scan tickets, hand out wristbands and help with ticket purchases.\nInfo desk at the entrance.\nYou help visitors answer questions and guide them in the right direction.\n\nCleanup\nYou help keep the venue tidy and collect and sort waste.\nAfter the festival, we clean up and collect tables, chairs and other furniture.\n\nStage crew\nHelp keep the schedule on track, provide water and keep the area clean and tidy.

As a weekend volunteer, you help make the festival run smoothly for thousands of guests.\n\nYou can have either:\n

• 2 × 3-hour shifts or

\n\t

• 1 × 4-hour shift

\n

\nIt doesn’t require anything special – just the desire to help and be part of the community.

Together we plan, coordinate and develop the festival all year round.\n\nWorkload and commitment depend entirely on your own interest in the festival, but we expect you to participate actively.
