Silvio Camboni visits Copenhagen Comics 2024

Silvio Camboni is an Italian cartoonist and illustrator who has left his creative mark on the world of comics.

Silvio Camboni is an Italian cartoonist and illustrator who has left his creative mark on the world of comics. It all started in the mid-80s; Silvio studied at the Liceo Artistico Statale in Cagliari, graduating in 1985. He later began studying at the Faculty of Architecture.

His comics career started at Disney comics for Topolino magazine. He also collaborated with the Danish Disney publisher Egmont. In 1998 he founded the Sardinian School of Comics and in the same year launched the sports magazine La Caggetta.

In 1999 he created the graphic series ‘Baby Legs’ for Bonelli.

In addition to comics, Silvio Camboni also works as an illustrator. He has created the series ‘Le Vin Illustré en Bande Dessinée’ and ‘Le Foot Illustré en Bande Dessinée’ in collaboration with the author Mo/CDM.

Silvio Camboni has a diverse career and has contributed to both the Disney universe and other creative projects. With his creative pen, Silvio is definitely worth a visit to Copenhagen Comics.
